When ordering from Sears, the warehouse couldn"t fill the order and then they took the money from my account before it was filled. returning the items due to them missing the date needed by shipping to the wrong address was worse. After botching the order, they told me to go to UPS to buy boxes and ship the items back! I wasted about 3 hours cell phone time being told all kins of bad information and have now been through 2 supervisors. I"m still climbing the ladder to get it resolved!
