Altair Does Not Want New Business!

I suspect Altair Engineering may be going out of business. At minimum they are completely unprofessional. Why else would they not respond to a lucrative business proposal to fill a couple long term jobs for a fortune 500 company. Not only that, I am supplying them with the information on one of the employees the fortune 500 company wants to hire! Yet, when they did not return my calls "immediately" as promised, they would not let me even talk to the office manager when I politely asked.
