DirecTV lied to us

Called on 3/19 after DirecTV took $583 out on 3/18 & $145 on 3/19 which overdrew acct ($237). Spoke to Cust Ser then Billing then Reconnect. Transferred back to Billing who said refund of $554 will go into acct. Suspension said in 72 business hours, $ would be in acct by Tues 3/23. Wed 3/24, called again & was PROMISED $ would be in acct within 24 hours. On 3/26, called again & spoke to Cust Ser who transferred me to Sup. Sup then said it would take 30 days & DirecTV would mail refund.
